The mission of Marshall County Guardianship Program is to enhance the quality of life for adults living in Marshall County who have been deemed a ward of the court.
The Guardianship Program provides qualified, trained, volunteers for appointment by the court to serve as concerned, caring advocates and surrogate decision-makers, relating to an incapacitated person's health, support, and well being.
